About me
I have a deep passion for photography. Growing up in central Scotland and currently living in Livingston, I initially pursued photography as a hobby, dedicating seven years to honing my skills. However, my love for the craft eventually led me to take the leap into a full-fledged career in the industry. Photography is not just a passion for me; it's an addiction.
In 2022, I encountered an exciting new opportunity when I began working with an extraordinary client, Andy Black, a professional strongman of immense stature. I proudly assumed the role of his official photographer and filmmaker, capturing his incredible journey.
Moreover, I take immense pride in being a certified professional recognized by The Master Photographers Association (The MPA).
Continuously striving for improvement, I have also affiliated myself with The Societies of Photographers. Through these associations, I have the privilege of receiving invaluable critiques and mentorship from some of the industry's finest photographers, which contributes to my ongoing development.
In addition to photography, I have delved into videography and filmmaking, with several exciting projects in the pipeline. Although these endeavours have experienced some delays, they are currently in the planning stages. I have recently completed a documentary and a series of short films, and I eagerly await the perfect time for their release.
While my home base is still in central Scotland, I find great joy in traveling to London for shoots. The vibrant creative industry and abundant talent in the area serve as a constant source of motivation and inspiration. My work has also taken me to diverse locations such as Dubai,
New York, Los Angeles, Spain, and Las Vegas, allowing me to capture unique perspectives and experiences.
Expanding my knowledge and focus in 2022, I ventured into the realm of digital marketing. I have successfully created websites, developed marketing strategies, implemented SEO techniques, and conducted comprehensive business audits. Prior to branching into digital marketing, I prioritized gaining industry-leading training from The Digital Marketing Institute. I successfully completed my exams with a first-class mark, solidifying my ability in the field.
